Users of the Barlow Brothers Lawncare mobile application may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

If you would like your account and related information removed from our systems, please submit a request using the contact information below.

 

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to:

Include the following information in your request so we can locate your account:

• Your full name

• The email address associated with your account

• A statement requesting account deletion

Once we receive your request, we will review and verify the information before processing the deletion.

 

What Data Will Be Deleted

When an account deletion request is approved, we will delete or anonymize the following information associated with the account:

• User profile information

• Account credentials

• Personal identifiers associated with the user

 

Data That May Be Retained

Certain operational records may be retained when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. This may include:

• Job completion records

• Maintenance logs

• Equipment inspection reports

• Internal operational records

These records do not contain active user accounts and are retained only for documentation and compliance purposes.

 

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
